No. PMTUDiscovery was introduced in 1.0.3, ClampMSS in 1.0.12. MSS clamping is
not doing much in most cases, tinc's ICMP responses to large packets is usually
enough, however there are a few cases (mostly involving firewalls that drop
ICMP packets) where it helps.
