Mmm. I guess NAT-PMP would be useful indeed - apparently Apple devices
(e.g. AirPort) support NAT-PMP but not UPnP (sigh...).

STUN is irrelevant here - intermediate publicly addressable tinc nodes
(which are required to build a graph that connects nodes behind NATs
anyway) de facto fulfill the role of a STUN server (as in, they
facilitate relaying and UDP hole punching).
