Working or not working depending on variable order in tinc.conf

Hm, I though this problem was already fixed in 1.0.8, but can you check if
there is a newline (CR+LF for Windows of course) at the end of your tinc.conf
file? It could be that it doesn't read the last line. If the last line is
Interface=tinctap, it might work because if you don't specify an Interface
manually, it will automatically use the first available TAP interface on
Windows.
