kernel 4.13

4.12 seemed fine, hopefully others tried it with success.

I've built 4.13 and it boots on my build VM, so I am uploading it to
https://www.zaurus.org.uk/download/toshiba_click_mini_l9w/
along with the config.

I used the same John Brodie patches I'd used for 4.12. I took the I
used for 4.12, and accepted the config changes that make recommended
when I started the build.

built on an up to date Debian.8 8 VM from source, nothing special about it.


in theory if you download
https://www.zaurus.org.uk/download/toshiba_click_mini_l9w/fetch-stuff-make-kernel.sh

and run it as root, you'll get a working kernel, and this might work
on Ubuntu too.
