[Announcement] Version 1.0.7 released

With pleasure we announce the release of version 1.0.7. Here is a
summary of the changes:

 * Fixed a bug that caused slow network speeds on Windows.

 * Fixed a bug that caused tinc unable to write packets to the tun
   device on OpenBSD.

This version of tinc is compatible with 1.0pre8, 1.0 and later, but not
with earlier version of tinc.
