Tinc routes ?

:) Thanks a lot for the answer. It was a configuration bug. It seems I
left some "TCPOnly yes" option at the VPN host at network D. And as it
was missing on all other hosts I didn't check at D for a long time.
Remove it and the route now is OK. Thanks.
