Windows 8 support?

Hello, All!

Currently we have 30 PCs in our research labs, which are flawlessly running tinc 1.1pre3 built from GIT sources with a couple of patches (basically the Windows hang patch) on Windows 8 Pro x64 for near 2 months. So I can assume, that any later pre-built version will run just fine.

As we can remember, there were only one issue with installing and configuring tinc on Win8 systems - with UAC protection of default install (Program Files) directory, because you may encounter some difficulties when trying to make user configs. Anyway, installing tinc in any other non-UAC protected directory allows it to run without problems.

PS: During our researches, we have tested tinc with its own bundled TAP driver (x64 version), latest TAP driver from the OpenVPN bundle (which is pretty much the same thing), and TAP driver from Tunngle VPN (which is again the same thing, minor version changes aside). All of these are running fine in Win8 x64 environment
