How to upgrade the link speed of tinc?

I assume you are running tinc on Windows, and you are referring to the speed
that the TAP-Win32 driver reports. It always reports 10 Mbps, but since it is a
virtual network device, it does not have a fixed speed. It will go as fast as
possible.
