connection established, can't ping

As I already said I added: 
 
#route add -host 192.168.0.130 dev vpn 
 
on linux box and now linux and windows can ping each other, but no other 
machine on 192.168.0.0/24 can ping 192.168.0.130 (windows) and and windows 
can't ping any other host on 192.168.0.0/24 except linux. 
 
I really need windows to see other hosts on the network. 
 
please tell me what else I need to configure for this to work.
