That's not all tinc is logging. Make sure your syslogd saves it all; add
something like this to /etc/syslogd.conf:

*.*	-/var/log/all

Do you have a masquerading gateway somewhere? If so, try to add "TCPOnly = yes"
to hosts/isivirtual.
