I've found my TCM to be significantly more stable recently unless it has a
'bad boot' and then it becomes unstable for the next few boots.

I actually had bluetooth working too recently as far as I could tell and
Gnome 3 supports forcing a side of the touchpad to scroll so no more
scrollbaring.
