P.s. What patch set did you use?

By the way, ok the subject of Bluetooth, my guess is that we might be using
the wrong firmware for this sdio device. It's just a hunch but could it be
that the firmware we have only works to make the WiFi work? Maybe we have a
second separate firmware for Bluetooth, or, we need some combination
firmwareb different from what we have? I can still boot windows, is it
possible to extract the firmware from that?
