4.15-rc1 is out. Some of the patches needed some edits, more so than
usual. A few patches are no longer needed as they have been
mainstreamed. Anyway, the updated patches and .config build and boot.
I just got bluetooth running again, my first build ran several hours
without obvious problems, well maybe a memory leak... Preliminary
patch set is posted.

Usual disclaimers about alpha software (i.e. -rc1), backup your data
before experimenting...

Bluetooth needs CONFIG_SERIAL_DEV_CTRL_TTYPORT...
