Sound and internal mic patch

I've updated the sound_click_mini.patch, with this version the internal mic
works, you have to select the DigitalMics capture in sound settings,
and adjust the volume. Use the last UCM from github.
There is always the annoying bug in sound test, that when I push the right
speaker button,
then both sound speakers emit the sound.
