kernel 4.9.9 with mika patch

Hi Paul,

I'll try this one ASAP.
I compiled my own 4.9, but it lacks proper patches. It works well with a
small USB Wifi adapter (Broadcom chip IIRC), but quickly freezes the
desktop when using the internal MMCIO Wifi. That's just a total UI
freeze, not a kernel crash/panic, ie. the machine is still reachable
through SSH. I think this MMCIO problem is also a xorg-driver-intel
problem.
