Booting from USB Pendrive

Finally some progress! ;)
It's loading but only bash-like minimal grub..
How should I prepare USB to start proper boot loader of linux after
/efi/boot/BOOTia32.EFI trick ?
What tool did you use ?
What I did so far was to create fat32 partition on USB and then copy all
files from linux iso + efi trick.
