thanks for letting me know it works, I didn't get round to trying it
on my TCM, I simply checked it booted on my build VM, but I was going
to try this evening.
in theory, it should be possible to allow cstate 2 which gives some
power saving.
 the problem is that the kernel bug detailing max cstate for baytrail
is now so long that it's very hard to work out the exact situation!
