4.8.0-final with Okusho Drago config

4.8.1-od1-amd64 is available - using the same config as below, vanilla
kernel with the 0401 HID hack.

sadly, it locked solid after a few minutes, without sound driver
loaded, root in the eMMC.

so for me, 4.5.7 is still one of the best ever kernels. Okusho's
4.7.x kernel close behind.
