4.9.0-rc5 built and uploaded.

I'll see how reliable it is. my kernel cmdline is

I'm using the c6off+c7on.sh script; it didn't help with previous 4.9
kernels or 4.8 though.

if it dies, I'll try the intel_idle.max_cstate=1 cmdline setting.
