kernel 4.6-rc1

I've built 4.6-rc1, first attempt a partial success, touchscreen
worked but the touchpad and keyboard didn't. Worse, the SDIO wifi
didn't work.

Interestingly the 4.5 patches did work.

Just building a 2nd version with the usbhid patch (I had thought it
might not be needed).

I've found my combination USB dual-port hub with gigE ethernet and
microsd slot invaluable. I've also made good use of my Zalman virtual
optical drive for booting recovery.
