Settings of the mailing-list manager ?

Hi,

It seems that I don't receive the emails I send to the mailing-list. Is
it some normal tuning (and I have to archive my own emails in my local
archive, along with the ones I receive), or do I miss something ?
I also usually reply to the list only, removing specific people, in
order to avoid duplicates on the receiving side. Is it the proper way to
do in this case ?
