kernel 4.6-rc2 with John Brodie patches - was Re: kernel 4.6-rc1

I'm building a 4.6-rc3 kernel now and will upload for others to test,
I won't be able to try until this evening.

I forgot to mention in the instructions below to comment out the 0401
line before building.
