[Announcement] Tinc version 1.1pre12 released

2 tinc nodes with same prefixlen, no problem.
But if route another prefixlen to tap to remote tinc node, it goes wrong.
node1 FreeBSD A::1/112, route add --inet6 B::/64 A::2
node2  A::2/64, B::/112

I think that is FreeBSD's fault, the routed packets are not in tap,
and I have no time to trace where is it, I roll back to tine-1.1pre11.
