Are you sure it is still connected? Do a kill -USR1 and check the syslog
to see the list of connections. It should not be there anymore.

It might be that tinc still remembers the node (ie, you see the node and
its Subnets when you do kill -USR2). You can remove that by doing a kill
-WINCH.
